How long will my order take to make?
All our silk and artificial wedding bouquets and arrangements are handmade to order for you, so please allow 14-21 days for wedding flowers to be made. If you require your flowers before this timescale please e-mail or call us as Flower Busy can normally accommodate faster makeup times for urgent orders.
How long will delivery take?
Smaller orders normally go out with Royal mail taking 2-3 days for delivery; larger orders will go out with delivery taking between 2-4 days
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we do but only currently in the Birmingham area but we can make an exception dependant on how large the order is. Please contact us for further details.
Are the flowers real?
No, online our flowers are just made to look like the real thing using a mixture of artificial materials such as foam, silk, latex and soft touch flowers. If you would like real flowers made for your wedding we offer free consultations within the Birmingham area but please contact us to make a booking.
Can you do real flowers for my wedding?
As we are based in Birmingham we can only create real flowers for your wedding if you are based in the Birmingham area. But please contact us and we might be able to make an exception dependant on the order.
Can I come to visit you?
I`m sorry we don`t have a shop or showroom to visit, as we are an internet based company only. We are happy to come to you if you are after real flowers within the Birmingham area but please contact us to do so.
Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?
We receive payments via PayPal (An eBay owned company) which allows us to accept all major credit and debit cards.
Do you accept orders placed from abroad?
We accept orders from the UK and Ireland. If you would like to order flowers from another country we will be happy to provide you a quote for delivery which will be separately invoiced.
I am getting married soon, can you help me?
Yes, most orders can be made in 72-96 hours, but you will need to email/call us first to check if we have the time to make your order and also if the flowers are in stock. Next day delivery will need to be taken as a cost option extra.
Can I customise my own flowers?
Yes, you can please fill out the form on Custom orders or email/call us and we can arrange for it to be done.
Will my flowers get damaged in the post?
We take a lot of care packing your wedding flowers to insure that they will not get damaged. We use a brand new box and plenty of packing paper for every order. If your parcel was to be damaged during transit then on arrival, please write damaged when signing for your parcel and if the flowers inside have sustained any damage please contact us straight away.
